Shop With Heart Card Honors Roz Pactor

Roz Practor

We are excited to announce our 2019 Shop With Heart Card Honoree, Roz Pactor. Roz is extremely active in the Houston community and is committed to making it a better, healthier place to live. She has supported the mission of the American Heart Association, to build a world of longer, healthier lives, for more than fifteen years.

Roz Pactor has been a passionate participant in the American Heart Association Guild since 2002, where she has served as a former President of the Houston Heart Guild and sparked Young at Heart, the American Heart Association’s young professional movement. She has served on several campaign committees including the Houston Heart Ball’s Auction Committee and the annual Houston Heart Walk. In 2011, Roz was honored at the Houston Go Red For Women Luncheon as Volunteer of the Year. Most recently, she has been instrumental in founding the Shop With Heart Card campaign. She planned and executed the first ever Shop With Heart Card event in 2014, working with the Heart Guild volunteers to approach Houston retailers and restauranteurs to participate in a spring shopping event to fundraise for the American Heart Association.

Congratulations, Roz! The impact you have made in our community is outstanding and we commend you for your dedication to helping create a world free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
