What is the Shop with Heart Card Event?

Now celebrating 11 years, the Shop With Heart Card is a highly anticipated spring tradition made possible by the Houston Heart Guild and valued retail and hospitality partners across Houston, proving that shopping local can save lives.

This premier 10-day shopping and dining event offers exclusive savings at top Houston retailers and restaurants. With a minimum $75 donation, patrons receive 20% off merchandise and special dining offers (some exclusions apply).

The 2026 event runs May 1-10, with 100% of card sales processed going towards supporting the American Heart Association and the Houston Go Red for Women campaign – advancing women’s heart health and helping fight against heart disease and stroke, the No. 1 and No.4 causes of death in American for men and women.
