Cards can be purchased online beginning in January 2020 or at participating stores starting in April. If you elect to Purchase A Card Online, it will be mailed to you about 2 weeks prior to the 10-Day Shopping Event. The discount period at retail locations takes place during April 24 – May 3, 2020.

Cards can be purchased online starting in January 2020. Cards can also be purchased at participating stores starting in April or by contacting the American Heart Association office at 832-918-4095.
How many times can I use my Shop With Heart Card?
Shoppers can use the card on any qualified transaction at any participating retailer during the 10-Day Shopping Event, April 24 – May 3, 2020.
Can I use my Shop With Heart Card Online?
The card cannot be used for online purchases. Card purchasers must present the physical or mobile card during their purchase at participating retailers.
Can I share my Shop With Heart Card?
The card must be used by the card purchaser. It is not transferable.
What is excluded from the discount offered by the Shop With Heart Card?
Sale items are not included in purchases with the card. Exclusions are listed for each retailer within the printed directory.
